HR Clock Privacy Policy
Updated October 2, 2026
Who operates HR Clock
HR Clock is a mobile time-clock app published by EZ Brothers LLC. The same app is used by multiple employers. Each employer hosts and operates its own HR server. Employees enter the exact HR domain supplied by their employer and use employer-issued credentials. EZ Brothers LLC does not have access to employer-hosted employee accounts, time records or location records through the normal operation of the app.
Data processed by your employer
The app sends your username, password and an app-generated installation identifier to your selected employer’s server over HTTPS. It receives account identifiers, your display name and time entries. Passwords are not saved on the phone; the reviewed server stores password hashes. The installation identifier enforces the employer’s device and session policy. HR Clock does not read your IMEI or advertising identifier. The employer’s server and infrastructure may process IP addresses, login times, device registrations and security audit information.
Location only for clock actions
When you press Clock In or Clock Out, HR Clock requests foreground location permission and a current location fix. Coordinates and reported accuracy are sent with that action and retained with the employer’s time record. HR Clock does not continuously track location or request background location. An employer may require a sufficiently accurate location within an approved area. Unrestricted accounts may clock without location when it is unavailable. You can manage location permission in your phone settings; denying it may prevent punches for restricted accounts.
Biometric unlock and secure credentials
When supported and enrolled, device biometrics protect a saved company-bound refresh credential in the operating system’s secure storage. The operating system performs the biometric check. HR Clock and EZ Brothers LLC do not receive fingerprint templates, face images or biometric samples. Without usable biometric protection, the app does not persist a refresh credential and you sign in with your password. Access credentials are held in memory while unlocked. Leaving the app locks the session. Signing out removes the saved refresh credential and attempts to revoke the session on the employer’s server. If the phone is offline, server revocation may require a later action by your employer. Signing out does not unregister an employee device or delete employment records.
Purposes and recipients
Your employer uses the information for authentication, attendance records, approved-location checks, device restrictions and security. Authorized employer administrators and HR staff can access records according to their roles. The employer selects its own hosting, network, backup and other service providers and is responsible for explaining those providers and employment-data practices. HR Clock does not add advertising or analytics services, sell employee data or use employee data for advertising.
Optional technical support
EZ Brothers LLC may provide separately agreed paid technical support. This does not give the publisher automatic access to employee records. If support requires access to a company system or diagnostic material, it must be separately authorized by that company and handled according to the agreed scope. Do not send passwords, refresh tokens, production keys or unnecessary employee records to the privacy email. If you contact us, we process the email address and information you choose to provide to answer your request.
Retention and deletion
Your employer determines the retention of attendance, location, payroll, audit and backup records, subject to its obligations and policies. There is no universal automatic deletion schedule for every company using HR Clock. Token expiration or signing out does not delete attendance or employment records. Ask your employer for its retention schedule and any records it must retain. We keep support correspondence only as needed to handle the request and related support or applicable obligations.
Your account and privacy requests
Company administrators provision accounts; HR Clock has no public self-service account signup. Contact your employer’s HR department to request account deactivation, access, correction or deletion of employer-hosted information, or to reset a registered device. Employment records may be retained where the employer has a valid obligation to keep them. For app privacy questions or help identifying the appropriate contact, email kaichowhale@gmail.com.
Website hosting and security
This public privacy page is intended to be hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit it, the hosting provider may process technical request information, such as your IP address, for delivery and security. This page contains no advertising, analytics scripts or forms. Employee login and clock actions connect to the employer-selected server, not this policy website. HTTPS protects data in transit and operating-system secure storage protects saved phone credentials. Server database and backup protection are managed by the employer; HTTPS does not mean its SQLite database is encrypted.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the app or support practices change. The updated date will appear on this page. Publisher: EZ Brothers LLC. Website: https://ezbrothersllc.com. Privacy contact: kaichowhale@gmail.com.
